Update Any Time:

Your entity profile information can be updated at any time. Simply navigate to the Entity Info section in your profile settings to make changes.

Steps to Set Up Your Entity Profile

Step 1: Enter Basic Business Info

Start by entering your basic business information. CLEATUS uses this data to understand your company and its qualifications:

  • Legal Business Name
  • Website
  • Incorporated Address and Physical Address
  • Entity Start Date and Registration Date
  • Certifications (e.g., LLC, HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB)
  • UEI Code or CAGE Code (optional but recommended)

Step 2: Upload Your Capability Statement

Upload your Capability Statement, a required document that outlines your company’s:

  • Core competencies
  • Past performance highlights
  • NAICS Codes
  • Certifications and other qualifications

If you don’t have one yet, create a professional, tailored document using CLEATUS’s free Capability Statement Builder.

Optional Supplemental Documents

In addition to your Capability Statement, you can upload supplemental documents to enhance CLEATUS’s ability to craft winning proposals and provide tailored contract recommendations:

  • Organization Charts: Showcase your company’s structure and capacity.
  • Resumes: Highlight key personnel’s expertise and experience.
  • Past Performance Reports: Share detailed information about your contract history.
  • Methodologies or Process Documents: Explain your project execution approach.
  • Pricing Sheets: Include rate sheets or historical pricing if applicable.

These documents give CLEATUS deeper insights into your company, helping it deliver even more personalized results.

Upload Guidelines:

  • Supported formats: PDF or DOCX - Ensure documents are clear, concise, and up-to-date.

Define your preferences to customize CLEATUS’s recommendations:

  • NAICS Codes: Select up to 5 codes that align with your business focus.
  • Geographic Regions: Choose states or regions where you want to perform contracts, or leave blank for nationwide opportunities.
  • Agency Type: Select Federal, State, or Local government contracts.
  • Contract Value Range: Specify minimum and maximum project values.

Step 4: Add Past Performances

CLEATUS automatically fetches all federal awards linked to your company from SAM.gov. To provide a complete picture of your past performance, manually enter details for:

  • State or Local Contracts
  • Private Sector Awards

Include details about your previous contract awards to strengthen your profile:

  • Description of the project or service provided
  • Awarding Agency
  • Place of Performance
  • NAICS Codes
  • Award Amount
