Step 2: Complete Your Business Info

Alternatively, you can manually fill in the required details:
- Legal Business Name
- Website
- Incorporated and Physical Address
- CAGE Code (optional)
- Entity Start Date and Registration Date
- Certifications (e.g., LLC, HUBZone, SDVOSB)
Providing accurate and complete information ensures CLEATUS can find the best contract opportunities tailored to your business.
Why is this important?:
Accurate details, such as your certifications, allow CLEATUS to match your company with contracts that align with your capabilities and qualifications.
Step 3: Upload Your Capability Statement
Upload your Capability Statement—a required document that outlines your company’s strengths, expertise, and past performance.
If you don’t have a Capability Statement yet, don’t worry! Use CLEATUS’s free Capability Statement Builder to create a professional, tailored statement in minutes.
Why is this important?
A well-crafted Capability Statement helps CLEATUS:
- Understand your company’s strengths, core competencies, and past performance.
- Match you with the most relevant contract opportunities.
- Generate proposals that align with your capabilities.
Optional Supplemental Documents
To further enhance CLEATUS’s ability to match you with contracts and craft winning proposals, consider uploading additional supporting documents, such as:
- Organization Charts: Showcase your company’s structure and capacity.
- Resumes: Highlight key personnel’s expertise and experience.
- Past Performance Reports: Details about previous contracts and successes.
- Methodologies or Process Documents: Outline your approach to project execution.
- Pricing Sheets: If applicable, provide historical pricing or rate sheets.
Upload Guidelines:
- Supported format: PDF or DOCX
Step 4: Set Your Preferences
Define your preferences to ensure CLEATUS delivers tailored recommendations:
- NAICS Codes: Select up to 5 codes that align with your business focus.
- Geographic Regions: Choose states or regions where you want to perform contracts. Leave blank for nationwide opportunities.
- Agency Type: Select Federal, State, or Local government contracts.
Step 5: Configure Bid/No-Bid Preferences
Set your Bid/No-Bid preferences to refine contract recommendations:
- Deal Makers (Bid): Define what makes an opportunity appealing (e.g., specific regions, contract size, project scope).
- Deal Breakers (No Bid): Outline the conditions that disqualify an opportunity (e.g., certification requirements, high project value).
Step 6: Add Past Performances
Add your company’s past performance records to strengthen your profile:
- Include details like:
- Description
- Awarding Agency
- NAICS Codes
- Place of Performance
- Award Amount
This step helps CLEATUS showcase your company’s qualifications for future opportunities.
