Organization
An Organization in CLEATUS represents the overarching structure of your business. It can encompass multiple Entities, each functioning as a distinct business unit within the organization.
At the organization level, you can:
- Assign user roles and control access to specific entities.
- Manage team-wide operations and oversee all associated entities.
- Maintain a high-level view of your business's contract management activities.
- Manage Billing: Billing is tied to the organization, and you can update or cancel your subscription anytime via the Manage Organization page under the Billing tab.
Pro Tip:
Access the Billing tab in your organization's settings to review your current plan, update payment methods, or manage subscription changes.
Entity
An Entity is a distinct business unit within your organization. Each entity:
- Manages its own contract proposals, compliance details, and business settings.
- Has its own UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) and CAGE Code.
- Operates independently but remains part of the larger organization.
By structuring your business into multiple entities, you can tailor contract submissions and management strategies to each entity's specific focus or needs.
Contract
A Contract is a formal government agreement, either at the federal, state, or local level, to provide services or goods.
In CLEATUS, contracts serve as the foundation for creating opportunities, enabling AI-powered functionalities like document analysis, compliance scoring, and proposal generation.
Opportunity
An Opportunity is a contract that matches your entity's capabilities and preferences, either:
- Automatically identified by CLEATUS AI based on your Entity Profile, or
- Manually added by the user.
Once a contract is added as an opportunity, CLEATUS's full suite of AI functionalities is activated. This includes:
- Document Analysis: CLEATUS analyzes all associated documents to assess compliance and fit.
- Compliance Score: A thorough analysis of how the contract aligns with your business and preferences.
- AI Assistant: Gain insights and guidance on bidding, compliance, and proposal strategies.
- Proposal Builder: Generate a tailored, compliant proposal efficiently.
Compliance Score
The Compliance Score is a metric CLEATUS uses to assess how well your organization or entity aligns with the requirements of an opportunity.
Key factors influencing the Compliance Score include:
- Certifications
- NAICS codes
- Past performance records
- Geographic preferences
A higher Compliance Score indicates a stronger fit for the opportunity, aiding in your Bid/No-Bid decisions and ensuring your proposals meet solicitation requirements.
