HUBZone Set-Aside

Overview

The HUBZone program fosters economic development in historically underutilized business zones. It provides contracting preferences to certified businesses in these areas.

Eligibility

• Must be a certified HUBZone business.
• Principal office must be located in a HUBZone.
• At least 35% of employees must reside in a HUBZone.

• Competitive and sole-source contracting opportunities.
• 10% price evaluation preference in full and open contract competitions.
