Is the CLEATUS SAM.gov Registration Assistant free?

Yes. The extension is free, needs no account, and charges nothing. SAM.gov registration is free too. Any company charging a processing fee is a reseller, not the government.

Does the extension submit my registration for me?

No. It fills only the fields you approve, one page at a time, and never presses Submit. You review every value and submit through SAM.gov yourself.

Where do my answers go?

They stay on your device. Ordinary answers use Chrome local extension storage. Your taxpayer ID, bank details, and MPIN are held in session memory only and are erased when you close the browser. Online assistance is optional, off by default, and sends only redacted page structure, with your saved answers removed first.

Does it answer the Representations and Certifications for me?

No. Those are legally binding certifications. The extension describes each section but never fills it.

What do I need before I start?

A Login.gov account with two-factor authentication, your IRS CP-575 or 147C letter, your formation documents, and your bank routing and account numbers. The panel lists these before any typing starts.
